ears has got to be the worst warranty service personnel to do business with.. I activated a service contract, which cost a substantial amount. I was told a service person will be in my premisses between 3 PM and 6 PM . To my amazement no person ever called or showed up. The following day I called to cancel my warranty contract, I was told I could not as the tec. that never showed up rescheduled me 3 days and according to warranty I could not cancel until this service was cleared.. This was a refrigeration call. There is no one person in sears that answer your questions with boneified answeres good luck....
