Broken Lawn Tractor - Craftsman lawn tractor
I can't even begin to say how disappointed I am with Sears repair services. I had an appointment to have my Riding Mower fixed on March 30th 2015 and they cancelled the appointment. After contacting customer service I finally got a call back with a new appointment of April 30th 2015 REALLY a month later and what am I supposed to do in the meantime to mow my lawn, maybe hire someone to mow it and bill Sears home repair for the cost along with the time I took off work to be at home so they could come. Very disappointed with Sears what happened to customer service a month waiting for my riding mower to be fixed is just unacceptable
