Samsung Smart TV - Samsung TV


The technicians are awful, they do not know how to operate a smart TV. They fixed one issue and created another. When I requested them to repair it, they are suggesting me to contact Samsung as they are not aware of the technology. I wonder why did they have to accept at the first instance, if they do not have the skill to repair it.

The customer care is so rude that they even disconnected my call without answering. Wasted hours in waiting on phone to get connected to their technician.

Will not go to them next time.
