Consumer beware! Tom Harnett ( Sales Rep), Steve Kennedy ( Project Mgr.), Richard Sanders (Sales Mgr.), Edgar Porosyan (Dist. Gen Mgr.) Have not responded, provided credit to Sears charge of $20K, or cancellation after several messages and emails to customer service. It has been over a week of our canclletion for lack of knowledge of subcontractor, switch of model without notifying us and lack of returning calls by sales rep after signing contract. Sears maybe in violation of banking regulation for charging a credit line prior to completion of job. Consumer beware! Job #19187087. All we want the $20K credit back to credit line and account close ASAP.
