KENMORE WASHING MACHINE SPIN CYCLE PROBLEM
We have a Kenmore washing machine under service contract. After about a year the machine would not compete a spin cycle. We called for service. The technician came and informed us that we had no problem. The machine was being improperly loaded. The machine still didn't work. The second technician said the same thing, but to call if there was a continued problem. The machine still didn't work. The third technician indicated that the previous technicians didn't know what they were doing. He claimed to have fixed the problem. Still didn't work. The fourth technician didn't appear on schedule. Called and one did arrive late in the evening. He replaced a circuit board. The machine still doesn't work. The Kenmore model we have saves water, is energy efficient and has lots of features. It just doesn't wash clothes. The Kenmore brand isn't what it used to be. Never again.
