Sears Craftsman Snowblower Service Agreement
Have had terrible experience with Sears snow blower. Augers stopped functioning during the biggest storm of the year yesterday. This is the third time we have had this issue. Just renewed our in home service agreement and when calling to schedule was told that they can't schedule a technician for 3 weeks. Meanwhile, there are about 3 more snowstorms in the forecast. Not a very good service plan if I can't get it serviced in time to use it. No one in the contact center can do anything even after escalating. We are going to cancel the service agreement for a refund and buy a snowblower from a local reputable dealer that can stand behind their service plan.
