I would like to compliment a new employee of yours in the Sears tool department. His name is Don, and he is a new employee at the store. Kudos to Don!! He went out of his way to help me select the right kind of tools I needed to give my son, who has no tools at all. This will be his Christmas gift and I purchased all Craftsman tools because he advised me about the quality of Craftsman. He did an outstanding job, and still kept me within the price range I had in mind. This purchase was on Saturday, 12/13/14 at approximately 4/5 p.m. He is new and probably doesn't get a commission on his sales, which is unfortunate, because he deserves it! Sears, see what you can do about rewarding Don for his efforts. Thanks for listening. Ms. Judi Camarato
