Broken oven repair - kenmore range
Nothing worse than calling Sears service. They use an off shore call center. You can not understand a word that us being said.
They responded in a timely manner to repair the oven. A part was needed do it needed to be shipped. A week later the next appointment was scheduled but no part. Seemed Sears thought it best to ship 3 day delivery. How cheap can you be on a $300 repair. It us a controller boardit us a small package.
What the call center pointed out was that my repair was scheduled for the morning. That the part will be delivered by end of day. A little common sense.
Anyway it is two weeks and no oven.
