Sears Appliance - Kenmore Washer
Scheduled service through Sears Home Service, an independent repair person came, estimated $750 to repair a $550 washer, when discussion began about the extent of the repairs, the "professional" repairman stated I'm leaving and said FU. My wife was in tears with two young children after the guy departed. I refused to pay, now Sears going taking me to collections for the service call. Sears Home Service is the worst possible service on the planet, no connection with repair people, just bid it out to the lowest price repair entity, no control and horrible quality. I have had a Sears credit card for 25 years, now I get to say FU to Sears, I just cancelled the card. FYI, the washer started working two days later.
