Sears Home Service NO SHOW


Like so many other customers, I took a day off work to meet the Sears repairman. After waiting 3-1/2 hours, I got a call that he isn't coming. No concessions offered, just "I'm sorry". Well, I'm sorry that I won't be doing any more business with Sears. I recommend finding a reputable company that will keep its word.
