Poor service/lack of service
I have had it with Sears (Order Number:000774441667075). I had a service appt scheduled today between 8am-12pm. At 12pm i called to find out the techs ETA because my husband had to leave for work. I was told between 1-3pm. At 2:30pm I called again to be told 4pm. At 4pm i was told 4:30. at 4:30 i was told the tech came at 12:30.....Which is an outright LIE. because ; 1.- The tech was suppose to call when in route. 2. I was home from 12:30 to 6pm....... There was a lack of consideration for my time, as I lost a days work for this nonsense. Furthermore, Sears total disregard in not calling to give an update is unexcusable. Whi did i have to call 6 times. ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Im totally disgusted with the service. furthermore, once this refrigerator is fixed, Im canceling this service. How dare you then decide to reschedule without having a conversation with me first. So once again, I have to lose a days work for your incompetence. I will never do business with Sears again. I hope everyone reads this......Choose your repair service wisely......This one is the pits!!!!!!!!!!! Now i have to take off another day and this has been day 5 without a fridge
