Lousy Customer Service - Dishwasher, Dryer and Washer

We called in to Sears Home Services initially in July 2015 to have our washing machine fixed. It leaked water causing rotted floors, that we are still trying to get done, but our insurance company has been waiting on a quote from the technician. At first, we paid the fee for a technician to come and paid about $90 for a 2 years warranty. The technician placed an order on a part that took two weeks to get fixed. We called a day later, just to find out our service call was cancelled. They had to put in a new service call. The next booking we had was on August 11, to which a new technician came in to advise us the part ordered was not needed. They had to order a new part and would come back on August 12. No one followed up in regards to this, so we called and they cancelled our order just to rebook another week later for the new part. The excuses we keep getting are we can't do nothing for you at this time, we can't give you a quote, quote has to be given by the technician, we can't give you the technicians direct line, we have no managers around, you have to call in yourself for follow-ups, we can't come any earlier, we do understand your frustration...the list goes on. Do your job the first time and make sure that there is consistency in your field area, then we wouldn't have such a problem. We have a health and safety concern with rotted floors and that won't get this service done any faster, you would think it would be escalated within 24 hours. We cancelled our repair call for next Tuesday because we might get a new technician just to say we will come back tomorrow, then find out our service call is cancelled AGAIN. What poor customer service this is when you feel like these technicians are inadequate at their jobs. We wanted our money returned, they said they wouldn't. It's non-refundable. We'll be asking our insurance company to hire someone else to fix our washing machine. Don't rely on Sears, their business is horrible. If you want a repair done on a product you purchased from Sears, find your own technician or do the research. Sears is not even listed on the Better Business Bureau. There not accredited. Just a caution for you folks.
