Pathetic Service


I recently purchased a riding lawnmower for Sears...and was assured that it would be fully operational when delivered (and that any questions I might have about its operation would be answered).
The delivery team basically dumped it on my doorstep. Parts were not properly installed, etc. When the delivery service called 30 minutes later to ensure my satisfaction, I told them I was quite dissatisfied. Their response: "I'm sorry...goodbye."

I've just spent 45 minutes on the phone talking to different people within Sears Customer Service -- none of whom seemed capable of addressing my problem.

At this point, I want the mower picked up...my account credited...and I hope never to set foot in Sears again.
