Carpet Cleaning

I made an appointment to get the carpets cleaned on Saturday between 12 & 6. They never called and/or showed up to clean the carpets. I called Sears and they said the truck broke down. They re-scheduled for Monday (the day before the movers are coming) between 8 & 12. 12:00 came and went and no call/no show. Called corporate in Hoffman Estates, IL only to end up in a call center in Texas. Now they tell me between 12 & 6. Two days of lost wages, tons of aggravation and a burning desire never to do business with sears again.
