Appliance delivery is atrocious! Buy elsewhere. Delivery has a "not my job" attitude. - Dishwasher, Dryer and Washer
Paid for haul away of dishwasher, dryer and washer installation of washer and dryer. They provided only install of washer. Did not help my 70 year old father with moving the washer out. These guys are lazy asses. They just dumped all the new appliances at the condo and left my father to deal with it. They hauled away only 1 of the 3 appliances and installed only 1 out of the 2 appliances. I paid almost $300 for the service. Terrible service from start to finish. It was a 6 week wait to get the appliances. Had I known this to begin with, I would have done competitive shopping and bought it elsewhere like The Brick or Future Shop and then received my products the same week. Delivery service is atrocious. Are these people unionized? They act like it.
At least the customer service phone line for after delivery was helpful in trying to resolve. I would not recommend buying from Sears. their service sucks!
