Associate brought to my attention that a order that was rung up for a customer SC#044001467537 for installer pick up that the warehouse # she used for intaller to pick up is wrong. She put in #8920 which is in Kentucky and she should of put in #8720. I tryed to cancel the order to rering it, but the POS System is not allowing the cancellation. Please advise. In the meantime, the customer is on hold.
