Our refrigerator has been down 4 days. Parts was suppose to be here Tues Sept 27 PM..It did not arrive. Repair scheduled for Wed.afternoon. Not happening. First call rep. said part would be here in an hour. After an hour called back. Was told it hasn't left mfg yet and has NOT shipped. Don't know when it will ship. I don't care about ANY other appliance in the house. But the refrigerator??? Come on people. Get real!!!
