I have called sears for air duct cleaning. There were at least 4 guys to do the service.Then they will start telling you about UV air filter and hopw bad is your machine. They go into your air machine and take some pics. Pics they wil show you will be all rusted and they will not be able to show you again. It's a scam to trick you to install the machine. They have 575.00 machine then they will say that machine is not good becuase your machine has a mould so you need stronger machine and they will ask you to install 975.00 machine. They wil ask you do you have children they can pick aasthma, lung dieases they wil make you so scared that you finally agree to install the machine. I agree to install the machine and they charged me about $1775.00 please beaware of it. Later, I call them to take their machine back and gave my money back.They did not. I ask them to downgrade the machine they will not reply you. I had an horrible experience with sears home service guys. I am in debt of $1772.00 I really got tricked. Machine is $975.00 + 115.29 ( may be installation) and some $300.00 (don't know what is this charge) for everything if they refund my money of the machine what about the other money. They charge you a lot. I am very frustated and feel helpless can't do anything.People,I got tricked please save your self. I bought a new house it was my first experince.
