sears broken refrigerator - Refrigerator/Service


I purchased a refrigerator from Sears I also purchased a three year waranty..I reporfed mu refrigerator not cooling. I was given an appoinment. then they cancelled the appolntment saying the refrigerator was no longer under warranty.which was incorrect i was given a new appointment and told I would have to pay the tech $99.00.
I made a trip to the store so the could verify my receipt with me. I was told under my contract agreement I did not have to pay any out of pocket money when the tech finally arrived the first thing out of his mouth was i would have to pay $99.00 finally he went to his truck supposely to make a phone call. when he came back he said it was all ok to repair my refrigerator.I was about to purchase a new freezer but afrer that experience I will look elsewhere for a freezer. that experience left me stressed for days.
