Washing Machine

I just purchased an LG front load washer,dryer and 2 pedastals. I know I don't have to tell you the price because we all know they are not cheap. Needless to say I am not happy with Sears at all. New installation and first load of washing clothes I went on with other cleaning and came back into a laundry, familyroom and hallway (all carpeted) standing in water. It was pouring out of the door. After 4 hours of being on the phone transfered from one person to another, all they wanted to do was offer me $50.00 off the washer and dryer, nothing for my inconvience or the mess in my house. They gave me a number to call for the water damage and that lady said ok, but it will go back on the delivery not us. What a way to run a business after being such a big and older one to boot. I still feel like I deserve more and will probably tear up our sears card and never go there again. I still have time to get a refund and an getting ready to price compare at Lowes and a few other stores that I won't mention. Thanks again Sears for a VERY INCONVIENCE situation and a day that only I know what a mess it was
