Sears ignoring my request for assistance in filing my rebate forms required by Duke Energy. - Carrier Infinity 16 central Air Conditioner 24ANB6 . $200 rebate


In Feb 2014 we ordered and had installed a new gas furnace and A/c unit (Carrier 16 Central Air Conditioner 24ANB6) prior to our purchase we reviewed the website description of both of these units... On the site we saw the mention of rebates, one for each unit.I contacted Piedmont Gas and Duke Energy. The gas company provided forms for me to complete, which I did and shortly thereafter I received my rebate.Duke Energy replied that the contractor (Sears) was to provide the necessary information and upon receipt they could process the rebate. I have contacted, from the sales representative to the district Sales Manager who stated he would take care of it..as of this date 25 Aug 2014 I have yet to hear any thing from the Sears team nor Duke. I have of course copies of all my emails and theirs.
