Sears home repair-dryer repair beware! - Sears home service

Please save yourself the hassle. I thought with the name Sears, they would be reliable and competent. They are the complete opposite. Our dryer wasn't drying the loads completely, so the first service guy came out and said there was a problem with the flame. So, 2 weeks later the parts were delivered and another service guy came out. He took the entire dryer apart and "worked" on it for about 2 hours only to tell me that the parts that were ordered were wrong. He told me he had to order the new parts which would take another 2 weeks. In the meantime, the dryer is now rattling from something he did improperly. I called their customer service (which is NOT in the usa) and basically got nowhere with them. We paid $200 for the service warranty and now were are stuck with them.
