MY second lg fridge , from sears the first on was bought back by sears due to the complaints I sent to the electrical safety board , which lights stayed on inside the fridge and burned all the interior , after a year of fighting with sears they finally gave us a new fridge , but it had to be an lg ( which I didn't want) anyways another lg fridge was delivered , sears delivery smashed up the wall when bringing in new fridge , this new lg piece of crap has given me problems since delivery date . The door seals , clips that keep door closed broke , main board replaced 3 times , ice water line split pouring water all over the kitchen floor , the ice dispenser has been broken since October , they have been out approx. 20 times trying to fix it , its now july 23 and still not working , they call and schedule service and NEVER show up or call this has happened 3 times in the last month , calls to service get you no where . they sent me a cheque for food loss for $200 due to fridge failure in march , they sent out a technician who spent 5 hours trying to fix ice dispenser , he removed the ice dispenser so many times he broke all the clips holding the part into the door , also resting the part against the bottom freezer door while trying to fix it , he left then I noticed there was a large dent in the freezer door stainless steel , I called immediately and they sent him back to report the damage , STILL dent to this date no body at sears knows anything about it .... The techincians don't know what they are doing , I was scheduled a service they did not show , I called and was told my parts were given to someone else .. also told another time tech was sick , and then parts on back order , no tech in my area today ??? all these were scheduled appointments .. I have lost $1000,s of $$$ in missed work .. waiting for no shows .I called this morning to see when they were coming to fix it and got absolutely no where , service hung up on me I asked for manager 6 times and was just avoided my question ..I strongly recommend NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM SEARS THE SERVICE IS ABSOLUTLY TERRIBLE !!!! I PAID GOOG MONEY FOR WARRANTY AND ITS ABSOLUTLY USELESS !!
