AVOID Sears home service!!! (appliance repair) - Whirlpool Refrigerator


What a screwed up company! I received an email receipt from Sears stating the order number, phone number, time, date etc. No one shows up. I call the toll free number on the receipt and get some foreign person with a heavy accent (obviously offshore) who I can hardly understand. He cannot find my order even with the order number. "We cannot search by order number." Then what is the purpose of the order number? He asks for my phone number. I give it to him and he says there is no such number in the system even though I am staring at their email with the number on it. I ask to be elevated to a supervisor. He puts me on hold. I am then disconnected after several minutes. I call back and immediately ask for a supervisor (nicely). I am put on hold and again disconnected. No one shows up.

CALL ANY SERVICE ON THE PLANET EXCEPT SEARS. WHAT A SHAME THAT A FAMOUS AND ONCE TRUSTED NATIONAL COMPANY IS SCREWING UP THEIR BRAND NAME SO BADLY. THEIR CEO NEEDS TO PUT DOWN HIS SCOTCH AND READ THESE REVIEWS!
