    I purchased a refrigerator from Sears I also purchased a three year waranty..I reporfed mu refrigerator not cooling. I was given an appoinment. then they cancelled the appolntment saying the refrigerator was no longer under warranty.which was incorrect i was given a new appointment and told I would have to pay the tech $99.00. I made a trip to the store so the could verify my receipt with me.   • Ice Maker Repair



    On 8/12/2016, Sears Service Center (Chapel Hills Mall, Colorado Springs, CO) sent a service person to our home to fix our ice maker machine in our refrigerator. The person fixed it and charged me $99.00 on the spot, which I paid with my credit card. In September the charge showed up as such ($99.00), but later that month I received a bill from a "collection agency" stating this $99 was not paid!?     This is how it began...I called Sears in August for a clothes dryer repair and inquired about the policy that if something can't be fixed, they will credit some of the money back so that one can buy another appliance (my husband works at Home Depot but I thought it best to go this route instead).   • Kenmore dish washer not drying



    Sears Home services replaced a circuit board in the washer twice. said that was the problem, got one wash load dryed, then no more drying. Set up call back service nobody called or showed up. This happened 7/16/16 and 7/18/16. I was on the web site with someone named Kyler Bishop and he promised me that someone would be a my house late in the evening of 7/18/16.   • Home Warranty



    We purchased a complete home Warranty from Sears. The first time we used it it was great. After about two years we needed it again. The Samsung Washer went out. The repair tech came out and said that the "spin basket"on the washer broke. The repair cost for the washer is $830 dollars. Samsung doesn't have a warranty for their tub, but I figured since we pay a lot of money for the Warranty we would be okay. Not so.     Horrific Experience - I will just bullet point the details. 1.) Service Rep - No Call - No Show. 2.) 4pm on day of service got an e-mail at 4pm that someone would be there at 1pm same day.     I made an appointment to get the carpets cleaned on Saturday between 12 & 6. They never called and/or showed up to clean the carpets. I called Sears and they said the truck broke down. They re-scheduled for Monday (the day before the movers are coming) between 8 & 12. 12:00 came and went and no call/no show.     Feb.9,2006 I purchase a Kenmore Supreme 14 seer 5ton central a/c. I paid $8545.00 for the system. The house is 1800 square feet and Sears sold me a 5 TON unit.     I am deeply disappointed with Sears. I spoke with a supervisor a few minutes ago and Sears refuses to refund the service call fee I paid, one which I received absolutely nothing in return.     ears has got to be the worst warranty service personnel to do business with.. I activated a service contract, which cost a substantial amount. I was told a service person will be in my premisses between 3 PM and 6 PM . To my amazement no person ever called or showed up.     I can't even begin to say how disappointed I am with Sears repair services. I had an appointment to have my Riding Mower fixed on March 30th 2015 and they cancelled the appointment.   • Samsung Smart TV



    The technicians are awful, they do not know how to operate a smart TV. They fixed one issue and created another. When I requested them to repair it, they are suggesting me to contact Samsung as they are not aware of the technology.   • Sears Craftsman Snowblower Service Agreement



    Have had terrible experience with Sears snow blower. Augers stopped functioning during the biggest storm of the year yesterday. This is the third time we have had this issue. Just renewed our in home service agreement and when calling to schedule was told that they can't schedule a technician for 3 weeks. Meanwhile, there are about 3 more snowstorms in the forecast.   • Broken oven repair



    Nothing worse than calling Sears service. They use an off shore call center. You can not understand a word that us being said. They responded in a timely manner to repair the oven. A part was needed do it needed to be shipped. A week later the next appointment was scheduled but no part. Seemed Sears thought it best to ship 3 day delivery. How cheap can you be on a $300 repair.     On January 6 Sears came to my house to replace the Kenmore refrigerator's computer. The Sears employee stepped on the water line ripping it out of the basement waster pipe. It was a mess.
