    My Sears Kenmore dryer went out and I scheduled an appointment for a repair which took 5 days before a technician could come. The technician arrived on time and I was pleased with his service. Unfortunately, I had to call the service company again as the dryer still did not function properly. The service company was deplorable at best. The problem with the dryer was not fixed and they proceeded to tell me that I had to schedule another appointment, waiting another 6 days, in order to have someone come out again.   • poor customer service



    I have had it with Sears (Order Number:000774441667075). I had a service appt scheduled today between 8am-12pm. At 12pm i called to find out the techs ETA because my husband had to leave for work. I was told between 1-3pm. At 2:30pm I called again to be told 4pm. At 4pm i was told 4:30. at 4:30 i was told the tech came at 12:30.....Which is an outright LIE. because ; 1.- The tech was suppose to call when in route. 2. I was home from 12:30 to 6pm.......     We had a patio door installed approximately four months ago. The installer s were extremely knowledgeable and did a very good job on the install. Also the installers after service was very good. Therein lies part of the problem. 1. The doors did not seal at the bottom, there was a half inch gap at the bottom where the doors meet lots of sunshine and air leakage.   • Customer Service is horrible



    Received a call the night before that the tech will be there between 8am - 12pm. Then received call 7:45am that morning that tech is on the way. Next received 3 calls from Sears to see if tech showed up every half house from 9am on. The last guy said he would call me back in a half hour with info, he never did.     I first called Sears Repair about three weeks ago. My Kitchen Aid range has a digital display of oven temperature, convection time, and clock that was not working. The applaince is under a maintenance agreement. A service man was promptly sent out. When he came the appliance was working briefly again. He looked it over and left.   • appointment not scheduled



    I called for an appointment on April 20th, 2010 and was given a time from 12:00 to 4:00 on April 22nd. No one showed up or called and the lady who took my call DID put down the problem with my fridge but didn't make the appointment. I called on April 22nd at 4:50 to see what the problem and was and was told the appointment was not scedualed. The new appointment was made for today and the problem was taken care of.
